How do I take advantage of promotions?

This is where you can earn points, qualify for bonus (free) product and get VIP access to special promotions.
I was previously a Westpoint customer, am I eligible for a discount?
We love all of our customers. If you were previously a Westpoint customer and you want to shop our online store, please send us an email at hello@westpointnaturals.com so we can verify your past account with us. Once verified, you will be bumped to the top tier of our Rewards program (The Secret Kitchen).
How do I become a member of The Kitchen Collective?
It super easy. Click on the orange “Rewards” button and join. You can start earning points right away.
How do your Rewards tiers work?
We have three rewards tiers. Each tier earns points to use for future discounts and is eligible for other perks.
