Allergens

How do you manage allergen contamination in your facility?

We follow strict allergen control protocols, including validated cleaning procedures, segregation practices, and swabbing.

We have separate storage areas and separate production rooms for gluten and gluten free products to prevent gluten contamination. We have gluten test kits that are used to swab and verify that no gluten residue is present in a production area.

We take great care to ensure that allergens are handled safely and to eliminate any contamination risk. We control for gluten (wheat), nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, mustard and sesame.

We do not have fish or shellfish in our facility.

We have one egg product: egg white powder. It is packed in a controlled environment.

We segregate the storage of our peanuts. They are only packed in one designated area and we use designated equipment to avoid cross-contamination.

All of our products are natural with no artificial flavors or colors.

We offer a wide range of ingredients that are free from common allergens, including gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and sulphites. Each product is clearly labeled, and we provide full allergen disclosure on all specs and packaging.

Both! We are a 100% Canadian operation however our products are sourced from 35 countries around the world. It’s important to note that Canada does not have a climate that supports commercial crop production for many items. If the product is grown outside of Canada, then it is “Made in Canada”. We have listed the country of origin for every product on our store and on the back of our packaging.

For health-conscious customers, our brand offers natural, functional food ingredients that fuel wellness and fit seamlessly into modern, busy lifestyles.
